3 Sessions of Practice, Encouragement & Sharing

Saturday May 11, 18 & 25th 3-5 PM ET {recordings available}

A lush & loving container to begin to build your own prayer & meditation sadhana. Suggestions & support on: building an altar, the many forms of prayer (I am sure you are already praying}, who/what is your hook-up to the Divine {so many manifestations & always shifting} & what to do when you lose the thread.

There is ample time for sharing & there will be suggested *homework* ~ ritual & prayer to practice on your own between meeting times.

Prayer is extreme self-care. Although you can't really LEARN how to pray, you can imprint a confidence in the connection with the unseen forces at work on your behalf. You can practice. To commit to practice is to commit to the humility of learning every day. When you are a student, you can ask for almost anything. You can allow yourself the ultimate innocence of the desire for connection & understanding.

Innocence is where all great things originate. You can be naked, bright & shiny in this desire. To practice this communication with the Divine opens up all the crevices of your physical & mental suffering because you can believe you are that free ~ a child in the face of God, however it is that you imagine the recipient of your prayers. If you believe that no child should learn shame, you can fully believe that in the privacy of your prayers you can be utterly honest about your fears & insecurities.

It is here that is the absolute best place to begin your prayers: PLEASE GOD REMOVE MY FEARS AND RETURN ME TO WHAT YOU WOULD HAVE ME BE (perfect, free, safe, cared for, loved, needs met) & PLEASE GOD SHOW ME THE TRUTH AND TEACH ME TO LOVE THE TRUTH. It is really that easy.
