It’s a time to practice holding focus, making sacred time & training your brain to lean into aliveness & connection in a stable way. in your life. I love doing nothing. My favorite times of the day are when I have decided I have done enough. Sometimes I am so tired in the evening but I want to stay awake & do nothing more than I want to sleep. It’s crazy I know but there is something profound happening in these moments of letting all the striving & meeting the world go & seeing what is there, in the open field.
We are cultivating the open field. Although cultivating may feel like making, it is not. Cultivating is inviting things to grow that we are not quite sure of. We may have an idea. We may have an intention or a plan. We may have a desire. But by practicing dwelling in an open field, we are inviting in many agents of change that are beyond our intellect, beyond what we can understand. It helps to do this together & not always on our own. There is something about sitting with others in a current of unknowing, sitting intentionally & in love, that strengthens the magnetic pull of our own hearts & that of the collective.
This is one of the most important things we can do together. We are strengthening a certain level of reality, a choice of reality. We are making it more clear to those that cannot currently see. It is working.

We begin with a bit of clearing & some sharing & then dive into the deep end with a menu of music & diy meditations (should you desire) but really the time is yours to make, create, admin, stare into the void, roll around, move, seek divine counsel & more.
