The last new moon of this Gregorian year & also the last new moon before Solstice. As I have been talking about in the 40 Day Solstice Sadhana, the last few days have truly been the darkest days, even though we are still a week off from the actual Solstice on December 21. Pitch black outside from a 4 pm sunset to a 7 am sunrise, we are in the thick of it . . . And yet . . . this is such a firey new moon with the Sun still traveling so close to Mars (several weeks now) giving us the push to believe in bone deep truths, declaring this in gesture & action more than words (particularly with Mercury retrograde revving up tomorrow).
The balance of darkness & truth brings us to NOW & only now.
