It’s hard to keep up with the changes. Ayiyiyiyiyi. Every day a new live wire falls in (y)our path. Every day a new understanding. Every day many, many new questions & with them, the opportunity to change your mind or listen more deeply.

I want to start out by saying that just 4 days ago, I announced my next 40 day sadhana (for those of you new here, my 40 day sadhanas are group virtual prayers that center around a common practice, often with discussions & support) would begin on the Aries Full Moon on October 17th. Welllllll, actually no. Yikes. I am going on one of my first REAL vacations in years the week of October 19th, and by real, I mean I will actually not work at all that week. It’s hard when you are The Love Artist hehehe cause I actually do love all the time as both practice, vocation and lifestyle, so it’s hard to make a boundary. And yet. I am learning new things. I am learning how to enjoy unstructured time. I am learning how to not add things up compulsively in the back of my mind (like productivity, money, hours before answering texts, cups of coffee etc) but to have extended periods of time to be free & not answer to anyone. I am learning to say no. I am learning about privacy. I realize for some this is a privilege and let that privilege be yours as well.

So I am shifting things before we even started & I am so proud of myself 😇 We will begin the sadhana on November 1 and end on December 10 (where oh where will we be by then . . .) Might be a little rough for those of you ghouling around on Halloween but whoaaaaa, listen to this: The Scorpio/Taurus Lunar Cycle begins on November first & ends on December first. Magical & rare: when ancient time collides with fixed Gregorian time & expands. Taking the prison of a fixed conjoined reality & breaking it open with the vastness of prayer.

Let’s bend time and space. Just in time for the US election. Let what belongs to us, come to us. Let us pray.
