This has been a difficult sadhana for me to keep up with & yet ~ here we still are 😇 One day at a time, showing up. It doesn’t matter how many days have passed or how many days are coming, today is today. Each day one day long. The future, it didn’t happen yet. Keep up & you will be kept up.
