I am thinking of you. Although I am not an advocate of turning a blind eye to the uncomfortable & often horror filled reality we are living in, I do believe in taking care of your nervous system. One way of doing this is to stop what you are doing at any moment & notice the levels of contraction & where they occur in your body. It may sound way too simple but be generous with these points of tension. Don’t make a story about their origin or get overly operatic about it. Breathe into the spot or spots wherever they may occur & be tender. Believe in more space. Take your breath to the closing doors & open them, even ever so slightly. So simple but effective if done regularly.
