“Could you visit me in dreams? That would cheer me. Sweet to see friends in the night, however short the time.”
~ Anne Carson, Grief Lessons: Four Plays by Euripide
I love making memes & sharing them, a dropping into the collective unconscious, a trance state that I can fall into anywhere, pulled over to the side of the road, waiting for an oil change, sitting in a town meeting, crashing after a long day. A wave comes through, like oxygen that has been on the earth for centuries, someone else’s dreams, someone else’s cries, an exhale across time & space. I catch the images in my net & sort through them in a semi-conscious state, still in my trance & then release them out into the world of love & then love washes back like the tides.
Thank you for receiving & thank you for letting me know when it all makes sense.
It is the end of an exceptionally long year. Wherever you are, whatever you are or are not holding onto, be kind to yourself in the dark. You are enough & we are here together. Even in loneliness, we are here together. Believe. Wrap the night or what’s left of the day around you. God is closer than ever these days. It may not feel like it in all the tragedy, but God is close & has your back, in the form of the Creatrix themselves or in the form of various other sentient energies that are gently touching you right now.
I am looking forward to sitting with some of you tomorrow morning on my Instagram Live at 7 am EDT for a Solstice Prayer. There may be some writing so if you are reading this, bring a journal just in case. There will also be some drinking of water so have some on hand. Don’t worry if you forget. I will remind you.
Don’t rush the dark. The light will come. It always does 🤍

One of my favorite holidays is New Year’s Day. Even though there are several times of year that can represent as the New Year, there is something about the Gregorian New Year, January 1 that feels so hopeful to me, so clear & light, after all the emotions of the Holy Days, however you celebrate (or not). I am a little superstitious about how I spend that day & this year, it falls just a day after the Capricorn New Moon, another auspicious time of new beginnings.
If you are looking for practice to begin your New Year in an intentional way, I am offering my LUNA SHIP: Learning to Pray with the Moon Practice beginning on Capricorn New Moon on December 30.
~ Set a clear intention for the month ~ Build a simple altar for your practice ~ Enjoy a supported & continuous 28 day spiritual practice based on the intricacies of the lunar cycle, with writing & prayer prompts arriving each day via email ~ Set your prayer with a personal mantra created by me & based on both the Lunar Phase & Astrological Sign you were born under ~ Devotional “Study Halls” twice weekly via Zoom for focused prayer, creativity or whatever you need, all within a sacred container & led by me 😇
“The Luna Ship has connected me with community & magic. I love having a wise woman in my corner”
